Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with liners
2 large ripe bananas (mashed)
1/2 cup egg whites (2 eggs)
1/2 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt1/2 cup oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Whisk all ingredients together and fill muffin liners 3/4 of the way. Bake for 20-25 min.
